TWO DIRECTIONS
We are exploring two proportions before committing the enclosure. Both share the same software, library and tactile Quick Play idea.
10-INCH HOME SYSTEM
A deeper, room-filling cabinet built around a larger display, more acoustic volume and permanent pride of place.
7-INCH BOOMBOX
The original compact idea: a handle-led music system that moves around the home without losing tactile controls.
Product imagery is exploratory. Driver layout, dimensions, ports and control placement will change during acoustic and mechanical engineering.
THE V2 INTERFACE
V2 is a working 1280 × 720 touch experience inspired by the clarity of Lumia: immediate hierarchy, generous targets and music artwork used as navigation—not decoration.
Now Playing and four configurable Quick Play destinations live together on the first screen.
Home, Library, Queue, Quick, Radio and Settings stay visible in one permanent rail.
Large labels, shallow paths and an A–Z rail make a 50,000-track library practical from across a room.
The interface is organised around your metadata and folders—not recommendations or a feed.

Artwork when you want the sleeve, meters when you want the machine, and lyrics when you want the words.

BUILDING IN THE OPEN
The software is already used on a Raspberry Pi 5. The next work is choosing the form, then engineering its audio, thermal and mechanical systems around it.
